I did not start as a Growth Partner. I arrived here through real business experience.
Over time, I realised something important: business growth rarely depends on a single tool. Advertising, websites, sales and processes create more value when they work as one connected system.
It started with business. And customers I needed not only to attract — but to keep.
One important stage of my experience was running my own cleaning business. It meant working every day with customers, service quality and repeat business.
That experience taught me: the first enquiry is only the beginning of the customer relationship.
Customers do not come back because of advertising, a website or a strong offer in isolation. They come back when the entire experience of dealing with the business works well.
Attract
Give the right person a clear reason to choose your business.
Deliver
Turn the promise into a real experience through quality, service and execution.
Retain
Build enough trust for customers to return and recommend the business to others.
Then I started looking at business through the customer journey.
In 2011, I started working with Google Ads. Later came WordPress, website development and helping businesses improve their online presence.
With experience, one thing became increasingly clear: advertising, the website and conversion should not operate separately.
Google Ads
Bring the right person in
Advertising can create a flow of potential customers. But it does not decide what happens after the click.
Google Ads →Website
Turn attention into an enquiry
A website needs to explain the value of the business, build trust and guide the visitor naturally towards the next step.
Business Websites →Conversion
Do not lose the moment of decision
If there is no clear logic between the advertising, the page and the next action, a potential customer can be lost before they ever speak to the business.
That was when I stopped seeing a website as a standalone product.
The website became part of a much larger journey: a person needs to find the business, understand the offer, trust it and move towards a clear action.
You can generate a lead — and still lose the customer.
The advertising can work. The website can convince someone to submit an enquiry. But after that, a different part of the process begins.
Who responds? How quickly? What happens if the potential customer does not make a decision immediately?
That led me to another important principle: a lead is not a sale.
CRM + Follow-up
Give lead handling structure
A business needs to know what is happening with every enquiry, who owns the next step and when it is time to reconnect with the potential customer.
CRM & Lead Automation →AI Automation
Help the process move faster
Once the underlying process is clear, AI can help the business respond faster, collect information, qualify enquiries and move them towards the next stage.
AI Automation →Sometimes a business does not need more leads.
More growth can start by simply losing fewer of the opportunities the business already generates.
I learned to think in systems outside marketing as well.
Working in international logistics gave me the opportunity to see large operational systems from the inside.
When many people, processes and decisions need to work together, the result depends on how well the whole system is connected.
Process
Every stage has a role and passes its result to the next one.
Responsibility
Even a small failure at one stage can affect the entire system.
Control
A system should make it visible what is happening and where problems appear.
From my first website — to a business growth system.
Schüring Ukraine
Website
The main question at that stage: “How do I build a good website?”
Built in 2016 and still used as the company's website in Ukraine.
Amazonia
Website + User Experience
The next question became: “How does a person actually use the website?”
Alex Rych
Growth Platform
Today, the question is different: “How does everything work together?”
At a certain point, everything came together into one picture.
Not more tools. A better system.
That is why today I do not look at a website, an advertising campaign or automation as isolated projects. I look at the full journey a potential customer takes through the business.
The work starts with the problem — not the tool.
Discovery
We look at the current situation, the goals and what is happening inside the business today.
Proposed Changes
We identify what should change, in what order, and why it should become the next priority.
Implementation
We introduce only the solutions the business genuinely needs at its current stage.
Scale
We strengthen what already works and identify the next opportunities for growth.
We do not have to start by choosing a tool. We can start with your business.
During the first conversation, we can look at where the weakest part of the system is today and which next step genuinely makes sense.
